PAYMENT POLICY

Nolja accepts all major Credit Cards. Safe payment is guaranteed through our partner Shopify. A payment via PayPal and Apple Pay is also available.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Orders placed Monday-Thursday will typically ship within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on Friday through Sunday and on U.S. holidays will be processed on the next business day. During times of peak order volume, orders may take longer to process. We appreciate your patience during these times. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number.

We use FedEx, UPS and USPS Priority Mail for delivery, and therefore are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses, as well as P.O. Boxes.

We do not offer Saturday delivery or overnight shipping at the moment but if you need your order fast, please select the 2nd Day Air option.

Orders are shipped with USPS Priority Mail for $8.95 flat rate or UPS 2nd Day Air for $29.95 flat rate.

We currently ship within the continental United States. Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to accommodate International Orders, or delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, or the U.S. Territories.

LOST PACKAGES

For issues with delivery or tracking, please first reach out directly to the shipping company. In some cases, carriers might mark a shipment as ‘delivered’ prematurely. They may also need information from you in order to complete the delivery.

If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the shipping company, contact us at info@noljaplay.com within two weeks of the tracking number’s delivery date. Please include your order number in your email and we’ll help you out!
